Jessica Ramirez, LCSW

Jessica Ramirez, LCSW, has been practicing psychotherapy for over 10 years, with a special focus on child psychotherapy, maternal mental health, and parenting support. As a mother of two, Jessica understands firsthand that parenting can be both deeply rewarding and challenging. She recognizes how difficult it can be to balance your own needs while caring for your children, managing a career, and navigating the everyday demands of family life.
Jessica works with parents and adults who are navigating parenting challenges, children’s difficult behaviors, career and family responsibilities, and the emotional demands that often come with parenthood. She also supports individuals who are working through past trauma and difficult life experiences, helping them better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and create more nurturing and connected relationships with their families.

Why I Do This Work
As a first-generation Mexican American, Jessica understands that conversations about mental health and emotions can sometimes be difficult within our families and communities. Growing up, there were things that simply weren't talked about, and emotions were not always easy to express. Those experiences have shaped Jessica’s passion for creating a space where clients feel safe opening up, processing their experiences, and knowing they don't have to carry everything on their own.
A Note on Fit
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. If you’re considering working together, I encourage you to reach out for a brief consultation so we can determine whether this feels like the right fit for your needs and goals.
